TCards

University Travel Cards (TCards) are issued in the traveler’s name but paid by the University. TCards allow employees to pay for their own travel expenses or the expenses of groups of students during a travel activity where the cardholder is present. TCards can only be used for travel expenses.

Who should get a TCard

Active faculty and P&As who travel frequently (three or more trips a year) or who are likely to incur substantial travel costs should use a travel card.
